Wild Mountain Fire operates four divisions a Fire Division that is a tactical fire division offering fire equipment and NWCG qualified personnel for wildfire and prescribed fire support as well as private client structure protection services.

Fuels Division is home of the consultant group and its main function is prevention through planning and mitigation work. 

The Medical Division is intended to provide medical support in the form of EMT's and equipment to wildfire incidents. 

The Aviation Division comes online in 2009 and will be available for recon-flights and photography flights. 

The Training Unit main focus is wildland fire training and currently runs its classes through
